- Driver (add-on): driver scoring, behaviour tracking, shifts, WhatsApp pre-trip inspections, and a mobile driver hub
- Uptime (add-on): preventive maintenance, digital work orders, service history, and downtime reporting
- Cost (add-on): AI fuel anomaly detection, fuel cost per kilometre, TCO, and finance-ready expense ledgers
Pricing is tailored to fleet size, depot count, and the levers you pick. Card payments via Stripe and M-Pesa are supported; larger customers can pay by bank transfer or invoice.

Does pricing include trackers or sensors?
No. Siphyy pricing covers the software product and selected levers. Hardware, SIMs, GPS trackers, fuel sensors, dashcams, and installation remain with your chosen provider. Bring provider API access and we integrate supported feeds.
Can we add or drop levers later?
Yes. Levers are independent — start with what matters most, then add the rest as your operation grows. There are no upgrade tiers to break through.
What counts as a vehicle?
Any vehicle, piece of equipment or asset you want to track in Siphyy counts as one vehicle.
Do you offer multi-depot or volume pricing?
Yes. Multi-depot rollouts and larger fleets get tailored pricing and dedicated onboarding. Talk to sales.
What payment methods do you accept?
